OCTOBER MENU:
Handpainted Market Bags
Create a handpainted market bag that’s both useful and uniquely yours! Design and paint your own cotton tote using a mix of fabric paints, paint markers, stamps, and stencils. Play with simple shapes, bold colours, easy lettering, and graphic marks. Words you love, everyday motifs, and abstract patterns are all welcome. You’ll leave with a finished, washable tote, perfect for groceries, books, and market days.
Painted Autumn Canvas
A gentle, beginner-friendly painting project. Choose from a selection of seasonal templates—a pumpkin, acorns, an owl, a black cat, apples, a sunflower—and I’ll show you how to chalk-transfer your design onto a 6×6″ canvas board. Using acrylic paints from my wall, you’ll complete a sweet, mini canvas, ready to hang, gift, or tuck into a cozy corner.
Autumn Collage
Cut simple shapes from papers in my collage fodder box—old book pages, gel plate prints, patterned scrapbook papers, maps, sewing patterns, and more! Arrange them on 6×6″ wood canvas, using one of my seasonal templates—a pumpkin, acorns, an owl, a black cat, apples, a sunflower—or your own imagination. Paste them down, and add marks to make it your own.
Painted Woodland Mushrooms
Mushrooms, gnomes, and fairytale scenes are everywhere right now, so why not paint your own woodland mushrooms to add whimsy and magic to your home and garden? You’ll paint a set of six mini wooden mushrooms in a variety of shapes, from 0.75″ to 1.75″ tall, using acrylic paints, small brushes, and paint pens.
