Pick up a pencil, a brush, a marker. Draw a line, then another, and another. Connect your breath to your hand, your hand to the pen, the pen to the paper. Listen to the sound it makes. Watch how the lines appear. Feel how your body relaxes and notice how your thoughts soften.

![: A few years ago, I created a wee collection of Magical Creatures in this style—unicorns, cats, and rocket ships. [ I know, rocket ships aren’t technically creatures, but if we’re talking about unicorns, we are setting reality aside anyway 😆 ] One of my CAMP friends visited from Michigan last weekend and she was hoping I still had a few available for purchase. I did not. However, I was inspired to create another while she and another local CAMP friend enjoyed their Joyful Flow retreat day.
