In this four-hour workshop, you’ll craft two keepsakes to bring fall’s magic indoors—a round wood slab ornament adorned with pressed flowers, and a glowing glass candle holder dressed in delicate blooms. Guided by Dawn Schmidt—who has lovingly harvested and pressed florals from her Ottawa garden—you’ll learn techniques for designing with pressed flowers while enjoying charcuterie nibbles, sweet company, and a gentle pace of creating.

$125 per person + HST added at checkout

All supplies are included—Woodcut ornament, glass jar with lid, and flowers from Dawn’s garden. You are welcome to bring your own pressed flowers if you like.
Water, tea + coffee available, and a charcuterie board will be served. Please indicate any dietary preferences in the note section of your registration.
Participants are welcome to bring their own snacks.

Advance payment required to hold your spot. Refunds are not available for this event, though your spot may be transferred to another participant at no additional charge.

NOTE: This event will take place in the second-floor studio of my Kanata/Stittsville home. Details will be sent via email a few days prior to the event.
